I am writing to inform you of a small yet significant change to our service. As of today, we are no longer Easybring. From now onwards, we are Nimber! Everything else remains the same.
For over two years easyGroup and Norway Post have challenged our right to Easybring by claiming ownership of basic words such as “easy” and “bring”. Walking away from the name that has been synonymous with our service since day one has not been easy. But equally, spending precious capital and too many hours fighting to keep what is basically ours made us rethink our way forward. We still maintain the rights to the name Easybring, but the brand is changing to Nimber.
David overcame Goliath. The same will apply when sustainable deliveries replace traditional transportation services in the future. Together, we will continue to disrupt the current delivery sector by providing a great service that is convenient, cost effective and completely social and green.
Over the past weeks, we have considered new names for our brand, including awesome suggestions from the community. Some names were not available, some names would not work in all markets and other names could potentially trigger new legal battles. However, all names inspired us in the selection process, and we are proud to start the next exciting phase of our journey with a name that is unique and easy to use across all markets.
With currently over +16,000 delivery requests per year, we are here to make a difference, and this is an important step towards our vision of solving the world’s delivery needs by utilizing every movement.
Continue to share every movement. Long live Nimber!
